Commission Applications & Information
Hello! Welcome to my Commission Slot Application Page!
I had an overwhelming amount of people reach out for commission base prices, quotes, and for a spot on my waitlist, and I finally have a page for everything you may need to know!
Commission Slot Applications: NOW OPEN!!!Why applications instead of a traditional waitlist?
Applications allow me to select commissions that I have time for within small windows of that I normally would not be able to work on commissions if I had complex projects lined up in my queue. I’m also able to group suit pieces that share colors together and place bulk orders of fur to save money on materials, keeping my prices as accessible as I can manage long term.
It also allows me to nurture my creativity by working on projects that inspire me rather than constantly following a numerical list! I hope you understand and please let me know if you have any questions! You can reach me via my contact form or by direct messages on any social media platform!
Policies:
Most policies also apply to my premade items! Having a hard time waiting for your commission application to be selected? Go ahead and check out my shop in the meantime!

My commissions are NOT first come first serve! I approve applications based on a number of factors! Primarily time and materials! However, the sooner your application is submitted, the more likely your order will be accepted! You are also much more likely to be accepted quickly if you’re not wanting a specific shade of fur from a certain supplier. I do not order the fur needed until payment is made! There is no specific window of time that a commission is guaranteed to be selected within, but I’ll try my best to get to absolutely everyone as soon as I can.

I accept trades, Cashapp, PayPal, and Venmo, but I prefer to go through my website! I can either create a custom listing for you, send you a pay link, or create an invoice! If I do not have the materials on hand, I require payment upfront to cover the material cost. If I have the materials in stock, I will start with at least 50% down. However, if an order with an outstanding balance is cancelled or payment cannot be processed on the order, I will post the completed commission for sale on my website as a premade. (If the design is complex, recognizable and/or specific to a character, changes may be made before it is listed publicly. However, this is up to my team's discretion.) I also accept holds with partial payment and can do payment plans.

I love trades and even include a section for trade offers in my slot applications! I am always looking for refurb projects, unfinished suits, suit making materials, craft supplies , fursuit heads of all kinds, fursuit parts, badges/reference sheets, custom fursuit parts or art, character adopts, Pokémon cards, Magic the Gathering (ATLA collection preferred), knitting machines, craft machines, switch games, and more!! I also do trades for services! I am always willing to trade for photography, professional organizing, digital organizing, 3D modeling customs, 3D printer tune-ups, hair/makeup/clothing styling services, press on nail artists, piercings , tattoos, color analysis, and so so so so much more. Don’t be afraid to ask! I also am ALWAYS looking to try new things and learn a new skill! I’d love a lesson in your craft! Glass blowing, stained glass, pottery, sculpting, leather working, embroidery, ice skating, dance, drag, and every art form under the sun! I’m also more than willing to do three way trades, especially for those who aren’t local and want to trade a service! I’ve got a lot of long distance friends that I could possibly bring into the trade if needed!
I do require that your half arrives before shipping out your order unless you are also operating a business! I can also provide shipping labels and cover costs of shipping if the value of the trade is high enough.

My turn around time is NOT quick. I like to give myself a window of 3 months for smaller commissions (tail sleeves, kemonomimi ears, etc.) AFTER accepting the application and ordering materials.
However, on good days, I can complete an order the same day as accepting it!
Realistically it takes me a week to complete a smaller commission if all goes to plan, I just keep a larger window to avoid my queue getting jammed or to avoid burnout as this is my full time job!
Fursuits for now have a window of one year from the date of starting the commission. However, I hope to complete heads within 1-3 months on average!
The simpler the design, the faster my turn around time typically is!
-
I update when I have progress made or questions or concerns about the commission. If you want frequent updates, please let me know! I can message you daily, but just know I might not be working on your order daily!
I’m working on being better with communication but there are occasional messages that slip by me when I get overwhelmed! I try to reply within 24 hours! If I’m taking a break, I try to reply within 72 hours at worst!

Anything made by our studio is under a warranty! I will do any repairs to your ears, tails, suits, free of charge as long as shipping is covered and care instructions are followed. Extreme damage or mess may warrant an additional fee! If the damages are extreme, I may also replace your item at a discount or free of charge depending on if it was my error or wear that the replacement is needed. I do not have tags for my early products, but if the creation comes with a tag, you must have the tag for the warranty to be active!
Care Instructions Page coming soon! In the meantime, message me for detailed instructions if needed!
What to expect?
After you fill out the application form suitable for the type of commission you’re looking for, it will be reviewed and sorted based on similar orders.
Once your commission is ready to be accepted, I will reach out with an estimate of the cost of your order and we will go over any details of your commission.
After the materials have arrived and the down payment has been made, I’ll get started on your commission and keep you updated as it’s coming to life!

Tail Sleeves: base prices may increase based on size and complexity! I am more than willing to make new patterns if you don’t like the patterns I have listed within each category!
